Booking & Cancellation.
The customer will be liable for cancellation charges as follows.
If Apartment if booked for 48 hours or less we require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to arrival. Less than 72 hours or less will result in full payment of the Let
If Apartment is booked for more for 2 days - 7 days and there is a
72 hours notice of cancellation then we require 2 days charge of Apartment at weekly rate
If Apartment is booked for more than 7 days - 28 days and there is a
72 hours notice of cancellation then we require 7 days charge of Apartment at weekly rate
If Apartment is cancelled will over 72 hours notice for any duration then Deposit will be none refundable.

Early departures should be notified as soon as possible to avoid further charges.
